Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme : ウィキペディア英語版 | Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme
Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme (QLTS) is a series of tests for the license to practice as solicitor in England and Wales designed for foreign licensed attorneys. QLTS supplants the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test (QLTT). To sit the QLTS examinations, an individual must first apply to the Solicitors Regulation Authority for a Certificate of Eligibility.〔http://www.sra.org.uk/Solicitors/qlts.page〕 The QLTS system was designed to increase the number of recognized foreign jurisdictions for the examinations. These changes have opened up the English legal market to qualified lawyers from places as diverse as Korea, Japan and Russia.〔http://www.sra.org.uk/solicitors/qlts/key-features.page〕 ==Format== QLTS has two parts: a Multiple Choice Test (MCT) and an Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). In order to pass the QLTS Assessment. The exam tests the skills that the Solicitors Regulation Authority expects a solicitor to possess on the first day of legal practice, hence the name "Day-One Outcomes".〔http://www.sra.org.uk/solicitors/qlts/day-one-outcomes-table.page〕
